We recently bought a pair of these. Compared to other brands in a similar price range (gallo, kef, etc.) these were superior in every way. We bought them for the sound quality but their beauty is a nice bonus. These will work nicely in any space and with any decor. They are smaller than most other floor standing speakers, which make them great for apartment/ condo dwellers. I would describe the sound as rich and full of color, with perfect balance. These are a little pricey but well worth it. You won't be disappointed.
