I bought the 1f850 around 5 years ago now and it is still alive and kickin'! I didn't expect much due to the price and unheard of brand name but the reason I have decide to review the amp after all these years is because it has proven itself. This baby has been driving a 1200 watt infinity sometimes for hours at a time. I have it mounted under the back seat in my jeep where it gets quite hot due to the tight space but have had no issues as of yet. Very good specs even when you don't factor in the low price, BUY IT!

Hosa SKO-450BN Speaker Cable Speakon - Banana 50 Feet Review

I own a concert production company. Just like you, I am always looking for a good deal. I specifically wanted a four conductor speaker cable because my EAW subs require them. The subs run on one set and cabs on the other set. If you are considering EAW LA400 subs you need this type of cable. Once in the sub you then daisy chain from the sub to the cab. I also wanted banana jacks on the amplifier end. This way I can use just about any amp combo that I may encounter.

The cables have been in use for about a year now. Setting up, taking down, getting stomped on. So far the cables have proven metal worthy, mosh worthy. I have several sets and have only encountered one problem. It seems that sometimes I have to tighten the connection between the banana jack and the speaker wire. The wire loosens and you don't get the connection. It is a PITA at first but then you start anticipating it and carrying a tiny screwdriver. The Speakon connector is superior in this regard and I may eventually switch to them. But for now it suits my needs.

I would not hesitate to buy these again.

Sony CRU40SG12/B Colored Speaker Grille for Sony KDL-40XBR6 Televisions (Black) Review

Ordered this item twice from Amaz. (in the black 46" flavor), and both times it arrived damaged. This is a a very long, very thin fragile piece of metal and Amaz. is shipping it by sticking a label on the OEM carton and cutting it loose. That OEM packaging is simply a thin cardboard box that facilitates pallatizing - but couldn't possibly hold up as an individual shipping carton. When I put in for the replacement/second unit, I specifically asked for a more generous packing - and that request fell on deaf ears. I'm not entirely surprised; Amaz.'s software that 'manages' packaging for 'efficiency' seems to have a lot of glitches. Maybe Amaz. should try using human beings for such diverse judgment calls. Anyway, now that I have the Amaz credit, I am waiting to see if the unit in transit from SonyStyle is better packaged.

The item itself, of course, is exactly what you'd expect it to be and it appears it will literally be a snap to install.

UPDATE: The grille arrived from SonyStyle today. Undamaged. What they are doing is shipping in the same OEM box BUT they are bolstering the four sides with two sturdy/strong L-shaped pieces of cardboard. They just use shipping tape to put them together and form a stronger, outside "box" around the original box. Then I just cut the tape to get them off ... and ta-da, there's the original box, in perfect condition without even the shipping labels or tape on it. Then I put the original silver grille back in the OEM box, taped the Ls back onto it ... and that was perfect for storing it in the garage. QED.

UPDATE: To be fair, just a few days after I posted this review, Amaz. added a "packaging feedback" area to this site. Smart move. They'll find the feedback will lead to a higher quality that reduces waste, saves money, removes the hassles of reworking shipments and reduces customer dissatisfaction.
