I took a chance on these speakers based on consumer reviews (to include the indoor version of these speakers the Axiom M3s) and I could not be happier with the results. Warm, bright and rich in detail. I have these married to this receiver Onkyo TX-8255 Stereo Receiver.

Maybe I got lucky with this speaker/amp combination. Or with the acoustics of my covered outdoor kitchen. Maybe my hearing has changed, my memory has failed or I am simply not as sophisticated a listener as I like to think I am. But I believe these are the best sounding speakers I have ever owned or auditioned (which is quite a few).
