I purchased two JVC TS-CL110U. They came very quickly plugged the first one in and it didn't have the brightness or color quality that it should have. I removed it plugged in the second and it was correct on color and brightness. I called the company to replace the first one and they were more than willing to help. They quickly replaced the second bulb and I am back in TV heaven.

The whole reason we bought this is to be able to pick up news station when the satelite goes out because of severe weather. The tv was delivered on time and fast. The screen is extremely clear and the antenna that it comes with works great. My parent bought one after I told them about it. I would recommend this tv to anyone.

Toshiba BDX1300 DVD & Blu-Ray Player Review

First let me say THERE IS NO FIRMWARE UPDATE as one seller claims on here and says it is up to you to fix it once you buy from them. I just checked and this seller like my first one is no longer listed on Amazon. I contacted Toshiba and the unit is either Region Free or it only plays Region 1 or your region. After purchasing from a seller now not listed on here (as I submit this) once you click onto the link that says "How Many New From" you will see only 1 seller guarantying Region Free. And that seller is Amazing Wholesale Sales. After returning my first unit from the first seller who did not know why it was not Region Free I contacted Amazing Wholesale Sales via the "contact seller" link button and they were most helpful and told me yes theirs was Region Free and other sellers were not. I then bought from them and yes they are amazing. The product was exactly as described and Region Free. I wholeheartedly recommend Amazing Wholesale Sales. Very fast shipping (3 days total time from order to delivery) and low prices plus great customer support. If I could give this seller more than 5 stars I would. Also note one comment on these reviews says this unit comes with HDMI cables. It does if you get the Region Free Player (and composite cables too) and if only Region 1 it only comes with composite cables as my first unit did. This player is marked Region Free in more than one spot plus on the box itself and is manufactured in November 2012 unlike the one I returned from the first seller which said manufactured June 2012. The first box was marked as BDX1300KU and was different slightly from this box which is Region Free and Toshiba the manufacture has BDX1300 on the box eliminating the KU that the first one did. Even though this unit comes with HDMI cables I purchased my HDMI cable and all cables from Mediabridge (see my reviews on their HDMI cables, Component cables, and Ethernet cable) and they too are top rate and inexpensive plus very well made and highly recommended here on Amazon by many buyers. I use a Mediabridge Ethernet cable to connect to my wireless router and am able to update via the internet any time an update is available. This unit is perfect if you do not need 3-D or Wi-Fi as my HDTV has built in Wi-Fi and all the bonus channels so I do not need a Blu-ray DVD player with that feature. I do recommend buying this unit if you need a basic unit and nothing fancy as if you use the HDMI cable you will get a signal in 1080p and as sharp and crystal clear as you can get. Please note that although this is Region Free for DVD's it will only play Region A for Blu-ray which is fine for me and you will have to pay a lot more for a player that will play All Regions for Blu-ray. One bonus feature with my HDTV at least is that with the HDMI cables connected when I turn on the Toshiba a few seconds later the screen goes from whatever I had it set on to the Blu-ray DVD player automatically. There are more inexpensive models such as the Toshiba SD700KA (see my review there as I bought this first) which is also an All Region DVD player but the highest connection is with Component Cables which will only give you 480p no matter what your DVD is. For 1080p you will need HDMI Cables from your player to the TV which is why I whole heartily recommend this Toshiba BDX1300 and especially when you buy it from Amazing Wholesale Sales as they deliver (very fast) what they advertise and sell to you.

LG Electronics LN4500 26LN4500 26-Inch LED-lit 720p 60Hz TV Review

First bought the 26", and it is quite good for all the reasons stated by others. The stand is flimsy, but that's understandable in this price range.
But then ordered the 29", which in theory is the same TV except for the screen size---and indeed it appears to be BUT open the package and find that it has no headphone jack. WEIRD. (Returned it on that account.)
It is so common for people to plug computer speakers into these TVs, especially given how notoriously poor their internal speakers are... why would LG include the jack on the 26" but not on the 29"?
