  I am very satisfied. This is my second remote-controlled riptide and both have been great. (I sold the first one with my boat and bought a bigger 80-lb one when I bought a bigger boat.) I also bought the mounting bracket, and it works great and was easy to install. Warning: the 80-lb version of the motor is quite heavy so moving it off-and-on the boat between uses is a little harder than I expected, but still worth it to know I can store it securely indoors between uses. Also, they seem to have improved the mechanism for lifting the motor out of the water and stowing it horizontally so that it works much more smoothly now, with less effort than the previous model I bought. The motor pulls my 21-foot Carolina Skiff around with ease and precision.
